PLEASED READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY!

1- To ensure quality, if your vehicle was not clean at the time of drop off, a regular and/or under carriage (chassis) wash will be performed at one of our facilities prior to starting the job, whether it is (but not limited to) body or mechanical. A final regular wash will follow at the time of delivery. If desired, you may request an under carriage (chassis) wash upon the final preparation for delivery. Charges are applicable in accordance with the current wash rates.
  
2- A minimum deposit of 1000 QR is required upon drop off, unless otherwise instructed for a different amount based on the parts/service required.  If you have already been quoted on parts/labor, then the default deposit is 100% of total parts cost + 50% of total installation (labor) cost.

3- Paint permits must be acquired from MOT and submitted at the time of drop off if any paint jobs are to be performed on the vehicle, whether there was an accident involved with the required vehicle body work or not. Should we be issuing a paint permit on your behalf, your original ownership card and ID card should be presented.

4- Please remove all your personal belongings from your vehicle prior to drop off, including any portable electronics and/or any other valuables.
5- Vehicles must be dropped off by the owner only.  In the event the owner is not available, a copy of the owner’s Qatar ID card & a letter of no objection to repair/service the vehicle (without any restrictions) as well as all the owner’s contact information (phone/email...etc) must be submitted upon drop off. Otherwise, the vehicle will be rejected at the time of the appointment. If the drop off location was confirmed for a location other than the one you selected, we will communicate changes to you.

7- If your vehicle is coming in for our Signature Undercoat Rust Protection, an underbody (chassis) wash will be performed at one of our facilities without prior notice and charges will apply based on the current rates at the time of the order. 

8- If you are coming in for a scheduled regular service, Cool service or just an engine oil change and the oil change light in your dash cluster gauge is on, watch the video in this link http://youtu.be/N7x9G3QabxU and follow the procedure to reset it. We do not take this reminder as an indicator. Instead, we follow KMs or 3 months as a time interval (whichever comes first). On some models/ years you will need to push the gas pedal 10 times intermittently instead of just 3 times.

9- Trader Customers: If your vehicle is coming in for a photo shoot for the online sale post (for www.Coolwranglers.com/Trader) then please make sure to select your appointment time between 1:30pm - 4:30pm. This is due to sun glare related issues while taking footage. Please allow a total of 1.5 hour for the VIR & Photos. To protect your online privacy and to prevent spam calls, your contact details will only be displayed inside the report once posted online. By accepting our terms and conditions we reserve the right to adjust the listed sale price of your vehicle on Coolwranglers' Jeep trader to match any other lower price advertised by you on any other market place or website without further notice.

10- An In-house Car Rental service is available at Coolwranglers (not a third party) and can be arranged prior to the drop off your vehicle. We offer daily / weekly / and monthly rates ; subject to availability. 

11- Towing services must be pre-paid via PayPal prior to dispatching the truck. No refunds will be issued in the event of cancelling a confirmed order.

12- Your vehicle's gas tank should be at least half full.

13- MOT: If we are performing the MOT (annual inspection service) on your behalf, kindly ensure that your original vehicle ownership card is presented to our office staff. Upon collection of your vehicle, after it has passed the inspection, please make sure that you visit the nearest traffic department with your inspection pass receipt to issue your renewed ownership card. Failure to do so may result in the expiration of the inspection receipt and other associated fines.

14- Vehicles due service should be dropped off on time (as indicated on the service sticker). Any delays may void warranties. Should warranties get voided, Coolwranglers will not be held responsible. It is your responsibility to ensure that you schedule your service as appropriate.

Please Note:  Images and videos of your vehicle may be shared on Coolwranglers social media without prior notification. If you have any restraint with regards to this matter, kindly inform us via email prior to drop off to make sure we note this information in our system.

Coolwranglers will not be responsible for theft or damage to vehicles or contents, or the loss or damage to any personal belongings whilst on its property or any of Coolwranglers sister companies' property. We will not be responsible for any damages to the interior (dashboard, seats, carpet etc.) of a soft top or an accessible (topless) vehicle. Coolwranglers does not accept any liability for death or injury sustained whilst on its property or any of Coolwranglers sister companies' property regardless of the reasoning. All requested modifications are the sole responsibility of the vehicle’s owner and Coolwranglers will not be responsible or liable to any party for lost warranties, damages or accidents incidental or consequential to the modification. Once a job is done we reserve the right to dispose of any parts removed. Old parts cannot be claimed, and we hold no liability for previously removed parts. Coolwranglers will not be responsible for any accidents, damages, death, or injuries occurring during test drives.   All vehicles with drum style rear braking system may face challenges attaining the minimum required values at the MOT inspection center (Fahes) and Coolwranglers holds no responsibility whatsoever for failed vehicles even after a brake parts/service was completed. No refunds will be issued for parts and/or labor regardless of the circumstance. Customers will be notified to pick their vehicle up, upon completion of a job. They will be allowed a three days grace period to collect their vehicle at their own convenience, after which they will be charged an amount of 25 QR per day for the next three days and 50 QR per day afterwards. All prices noted within any website, related directly or indirectly to Coolwranglers, are subject to change without further notice and effective immediately from the date/time of change.
